Who we are

We are a marketing agency that generates leads for clients using Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, supported by landing pages, analytics, and CRM automations (the "Services").

Information we collect

• Lead form data: name, email, phone, location, service interest, and messages you submit on our or our clients' landing pages (including Facebook lead forms).
• Call interactions: caller ID, call duration, and (where permitted and disclosed) call recordings and transcripts for quality assurance.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed, UTM parameters, IP-based geolocation, referring URL.
• Advertising signals: Google Ads and Meta Pixels/Conversions API events to measure conversions and improve ad relevance.
• Client account data: contact details, billing details, ad account IDs, and project files.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the Services, including campaign optimization and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries and route qualified leads to our clients.
• Measure conversions and attribution across Google and Meta platforms.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (i) consent (e.g., marketing cookies, call recording), (ii) contract (to deliver Services), and (iii) legitimate interests (to measure and improve performance) balanced against your rights.

Sharing of information

• With service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM, SMS/email, call tracking) under contracts that protect your data.
• With advertising platforms (Google, Meta) to measure and optimize ads; we do not sell personal information.
• With our clients when you submit interest in their services.
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

Lead records are typically retained for 24–36 months unless a longer period is required for ongoing client relationships, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Client billing and contract data may be retained for up to 7 years.

Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data, or object/restrict certain processing (where applicable).
• Opt out of marketing emails or SMS via the provided links or instructions.
• Control cookies via your browser or our cookie banner; you can also manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
• California residents may exercise CPRA rights (access, delete, correct, opt-out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising).

International transfers & security

We may process data in countries outside your own using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures; however, no method is 100% secure.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
